So & Jo Boutique offers the below methods of UK delivery. At the moment we are only delivering to the UK.
- My Hermes Tracked – £2.99 (3-5 Working days).
- My Hermes Tracked & Signed – £3.99 (3-5 Working days) recommended.
- Royal Mail next day delivery – £7.25 (guaranteed before 1pm the next working day).
Please note next day delivery can only be delivered the next day for orders placed Monday – Thursday. All orders must be placed through the So & Jo Boutique official website before 12pm Monday – Thursday to receive your order the next working day.

Important delivery information
Please note that we cannot change your delivery address once the order has been placed. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, My Hermes delivery options will take 3-5 working days after dispatch and Royal Mail will be received the next working day for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday.
UK Bank Holidays are not classified as delivery days, we will process your order as quickly as possible but please allow extra working days for the deliveries to be processed over UK bank holidays.
How to Track your order
My Hermes Tracked/ My Hermes Tracked & Signed
If you have selected My Hermes Tracked or My Hermes Tracked & Signed delivery go to www.hermes-europe.co.uk and use the tracking number and delivery postcode provided in your dispatch email.
Please allow 36 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.
My Hermes Tracked and My Hermes Tracked & Signed deliver orders to most areas of Mainland UK and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days following dispatch. Exceptions to this are deliveries to AB and DD postcodes, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will take up to seven working days to arrive.
Royal Mail next day delivery
If you have selected Royal mail next day delivery go to www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to So & Jo Boutique.
So & Jo Boutique does not cover the cost of returning an item via post, unless the item is faulty. The items purchased are your responsibility until they reach So & Jo Boutique, we therefore, recommend using a signed for postage service.
Once the item has reached So & Jo Boutique and the condition of the item is confirmed, then the amount paid for the item can be refunded (excluding any delivery costs on the original invoice). Card payments can only be refunded back onto the card from which the payment was made.
Returns via post must be posted within the 14 days of purchase to be accepted for a refund.
For returning items via post please email email@example.com and we will be able to give you the postage address, along with the information required for us to process your refund.
Rules for Returns
- The item must be unworn with the So & Jo Boutique swing ticket still attached.
- The item must have no makeup marks or stains and must be in a resalable condition.
- The item must not have been washed and must be returned in the purchased condition.
- You must have proof of purchase – please include the original or copy of your invoice in your return.
So & Jo Boutique aims to process postage returns within 3-5 working days, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm that the refund has been processed. The refunded amount may take 5-7 working days to appear in your bank account/PayPal account.
